OUR RECOMMENDATIONS:
The foie gras mi-cuit with abaricoque and cocoa needs to be kept between 1º and 4º.
It is very easy to serve, open the jar and with the help of a fine knife separate the foie gras from the glass, turn it out onto a plate and it will fall out on its own.
Take the jar out of the fridge and open it ½ hour before serving. Add a few flakes of sea salt. Serve with a warm slice of toast.
For our taste, the perfect pairing is a friendly wine such as a muscat, gewürztraminer, tokay, a cider or a sparkling wine.
This foie gras is made from raw material purchased in the Landes region and awarded the Label Rouge and IGP Les Landes.
