At Greco Foie gras, we make mi-cuits with a long expiration date without additives or preservatives. We achieve this thanks to an unbeatable raw material. The combinations we make are the result of our investigations, a lot of imagination and multiple tastings where we compare opinions with our best advisors, most of them renowned Chefs.
Our mi-cuits are presented in glass jars or in shrink-wrap bags. They need to be kept cold and have an expiration date of 6 and 4 months respectively.
The identity sign of our Mulard breed ducks is distinguished by its black and white coloration, quality principle. Our livers come exclusively from ducks raised outdoors in the Landes, in idyllic settings. IGP Southwest Landes certificate.
Our products are made from mulard ducks, raised in the Landes, in the south-west of France, in the open air, with vegetable products (corn and wheat) and fattened with non-transgenic whole grain corn, within the framework of local agriculture. aware of the principle of proximity. This type of production only represents 5% of the national production of France.
Bred for a minimum of 102 days with the utmost respect for the animal, characteristics certified by the Label Rouge. The traditional aging method and the control of the product in all its phases respond to the most demanding regulations in terms of food safety.
All our products are made without any type of additive or preservative.
Prepared in small batches by hand in order to preserve all its taste values.
