- Whole Foie gras natural mi-cuit is a whole foie gras to which only salt and pepper have been added.
- It is very easy to serve, cut with the help of a sharp knife and previously heated the slice in hot water the foie gras with the plastic wrap.
Add a few flakes of sea salt. Taste it with a warm toast of bread.
- For our taste, the perfect pairing is a gewürztraminer, cava or champagne, muscat.
This foie gras is made from raw material acquired in the Landes and distinguished with the Label Rouge and IGP Landes.
