OUR RECOMMENDATIONS:
- The foie gras micuit with piquillo pepper and smoked eel needs to be stored between 1º and 4º
- It is very easy to serve, open the jar and with the help of a thin knife separate the foie gras from the glass, pour it onto a plate and it will fall by itself, or eat it directly from the jar with the help of a spoon
Take the jar out of the refrigerator and open it ½ hour before. Add a few flakes of sea salt. Enjoy it with a warm toast of bread.
- For our taste, the perfect pairing is a friendly wine such as a muscat, gewürztraminer, tokay, a cider or a sparkling wine.
This foie gras is made from raw material acquired in Les Landes and distinguished with the Label Rouge and the PGI Les Landes.
