Foie gras mi-cuit (semi-cooked) is made with mulard duck liver, fattened with whole corn kernels from our own harvest, non transgenic. All varieties of foie mi-cuit with the El Greco label are handmade and contain no additives or preservatives.
Our foie mi-cuits are presented in glass jars or shrink bags. They need to be kept refrigerated and have a shelf life of 6 and 4 months respectively.
Varieties of foie micuit
Foie micuit preserved in glass jars has a shelf life of 6 months and comes in 3 exquisite varieties:
Foie gras mi-cuit with apple and Calvados
Foie gras mi-cuit with apricot and cocoa
Foie gras mi-cuit with smoked eel and piquillo peppers
The foie micuit with Armagnac comes in shrink bags. It should also be kept refrigerated and has a shelf life of 4 months. You can taste it in its 2 preparations:
