Delicious and easy to prepare recipe, with which you will be able to enjoy one of El Greco’s most famous dishes.

Ingredients

2 persons

  • Half a Saint Peter fish boneless (250g)
  • 4 sliced garlic cloves
  • 2 potatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • Espelette bell pepper.
  • 1 chili pepper
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
