How to eat caviar?
It is recommended to eat caviar with the help of a mother-of-pearl spoon. In any case, always avoid aluminium utensils, as this would alter the flavour of the caviar.
Another very practical way is to place it on the back of our hand, between the index finger and thumb, making a fist and slurp it directly. The warmth of our skin will intensify the taste of the caviar.
What is caviar?
Caviar is the roe of the sturgeon fish. The sturgeon is a species that lives in cold or temperate waters and is mainly found in the Caspian Sea and the Black Sea, although its breeding has now expanded all over the world, as in the case of Riofrío, which has recovered an autochthonous species.
There are more than 20 species of sturgeon, although there are three that produce caviar. We, apart from the organic caviar, have opted for Caviar Osetra, which has a more intense and longer flavour in the mouth and is very unctuous.
