Foie Gras Sauce

Sauce based on fresh ingredients and 20% whole foie gras in small cubes.

Foie gras sauce base (water, poultry, vegetables, sugar), foie gras 20%, onion, butter, carrot, corn modified starch, Armagnac, wheat flour, sugar, salt, pepper, spices.

It is recommended to enhance the magret or to accompany a foie gras poëlé.
