What is cured duck magret?
Cured duck magret is cured duck breast.
The secret to obtaining this flavor and texture is in our recipe: after coating them in crushed black peppercorns, these duck breasts of our traditional preparation are dried for a long time until they obtain the optimal texture and flavor.

Tips for tasting: To appreciate all the flavor, take the cured duck breast out of the refrigerator 5 minutes before eating it. Cut it with the help of a good knife into cuts of approximately 2 millimeters without trimming the fat. The combination of fat and lean is the best way to taste and appreciate its full essence.
It looks great in a salad. Combined with, for example: cherry tomatoes – lightly pan-fried with olive oil and tarragon, grilled green asparagus, toasted pine nuts, pan-fried confit sweetbreads, preserved foie gras, mesclun salads, fresh figs and all the set dressed with a red fruit vinaigrette. Another good idea is in skewer form as a cocktail appetizer. Enjoy
